Rebecca Brown, Owner
Rebecca’s background as a pediatric nurse led her to open a wellness spa that is inclusive to all people. The name of Inclusion embodies her desire to help people of all walks of life by providing an affordable approach for a spa experience. Rebecca believes all should benefit from looking and feeling good, and has used her vision to build an intimate spa experience like no other in our area.
Born and raised in Webster, NY. She has a strong sense of community and is driven to show the community how much she cares. She strongly believes in all the treatments and products that she recommends and is particularly impressed with laser skin tightening because of the amazing difference it has made on her appearance.
Rebecca is so very passionate about her Spa and is committed to make it a positive, affordable experience of iNCLUSION to all!
Allen Pardee, Aesthetic Medical Injector, MD
Dr. Allen Pardee received his medical degree from the University of Rochester in 2000 and stayed at the U of R to complete his residency in Neurology and fellowship in Clinical Neurophysiology. He has been in private practice locally since completing his fellowship.
As part of his neurology practice, Dr. Pardee has over 10 years of experience injecting neurotoxin (Botox). He is excited to bring his experience to aesthetic medicine.
While in medical school, Dr. Pardee met his wife, Dr. Jane Pardee, a pediatrician at Panorama Pediatrics. They live in Pittsford with their 4 children. In his free time, Dr. Pardee enjoys volunteering with his children’s Cub Scout and Boy Scout troops, traveling, skiing, playing ice hockey and practicing martial arts.
Tamara Foti, Aesthetic Injector, RN
Tamara joins our Inclusion Spa team with a spirit of great enthusiasm. Tamara has dedicated her life to health, wellness & restorative medicine.
She began her medical career at the age of 18 as a home health aide, and proceeded to put herself through nursing school. As an RN, she spent over 20 years as a cardiac critical care nurse at Rochester General Hospital.
In 2010, Tamara leveraged her clinical expertise and entered the medical device industry. Today, Tamara owns her own medical device company that specializes in facial trauma and reconstruction, and is constantly seeking those cutting edge and disruptive technologies that will lead to advanced healing, anti-aging and the fountain of youth.
Of her Tamara has a unique and advanced perspective on the anatomy and pathology as it relates to facial anatomy. Which is the perfect complement to her specialized procedures at the Inclusion.
Emily Borgus, Aesthetic Injector, NP
Emily has been a nurse since 2012, working in all types of healthcare including oncology, cardiac, pulmonary, orthopedics and hospice. In August of 2022, Emily graduated from Keuka College with her Masters as a Nurse Practitioner.
For the last 5 years she has been working all over the country and the state as a traveling nurse and also teaches nursing students at Roberts Wesleyan University. She has a passion for continuing education and loves to learn new techniques and stay up to date on the latest products.
Emily has always had a love for the aesthetic industry and is so excited to share that with all of her clients. She completed her certification in dermal fillers and botulinum toxin through Aesthetic Medical Educator Training, INC in 2022. In Emily's free time she enjoys yoga, reading and spending time with her husband and 2 year old daughter!
Danielle Villa, Aesthetic Injector, NP BC
Danielle is a compassionate nurse practitioner with a long standing dedication to helping her clients obtain a strong sense of comprehensive well-being, which has led her to venture into the field of aesthetics. Her nursing career has encompassed a variety of experiences working in Women’s Health, Fertility, College Health, and Emergency/Urgent Care in addition to her teaching role as adjunct faculty at St. John Fisher University. She earned both her Bachelors of Science in Nursing and her Masters in Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Rochester after having obtained a previous Bachelors degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography from RIT.
Danielle knows firsthand the amazing results that can be achieved when caring for your skin with medical grade skin care and esthetic treatment services after she starting seeing an esthetician in her early 20’s to repair years of sun damage. She is a firm believer in a multimodal approach for optimal skin care results.
Outside of her professional endeavors Danielle loves spending time with her family relaxing at home or adventuring with friends. She also enjoys practicing taekwondo, ice skating, gardening, reading, and enjoying the summer weather poolside, while wearing plenty of sunscreen of course.
Kristyn Pearl, Vice President
Kristyn comes to us with over two decades of experience in sales and customer service. She is a seasoned professional dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences to every client.
She effectively knows how to connect with each client, consult on their goals, and guide them through the services offered at Inclusion Spa, where beauty has no boundaries.
Outside of work she has a persian cat that she enjoys spending time with and is very family oriented. She is a Halloween fan and collects custom artwork from a local artist land of the paradox.
Kimberly McCracken, Lead Esthetician
Kim has been a esthetician since 2013. She focuses on laser hair removal and is a certified laser technician. You may have met her at various salons, medical/day spas gaining much experience and training. Kim is known for her compassion and friendly personality.

Shey Slater, Esthetician
Shey has been in the beauty industry for over 20 years. A graduate of Continental School of Beauty and has owned and operated The Blossom Beauty Bar up until March of 2020.
Shey is a skincare enthusiast, with an intense focus on anti-aging. She brings many years of knowledge and an attitude that makes her eager to please and able to address her clients’ concerns, making sure each and every person feels uniquely beautiful and inside and out.

Dianne has over 20 years of dermatology experience and is an expert in her field. She specializes in medical-grade chemical peels, skin analysis, acne, extractions, and is extremely knowledgeable in medical-grade skin care products.

Olivia Degaetano, Marketing Intern
Olivia is an aspiring marketing professional pursuing her Bachelor at the Rochester Institute of Technology. She is dedicated, ambitious, and excited to leave her mark at Inclusion Med Spa! Olivia will assist in content creation for social media, optimization of the website, executing various advertisements and tracking analytics.
Briana Renna, Front Desk
Briana is a senior at Suny Brockport. She will be graduating in May with a bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration. Her next goal will be to attend nursing school in the fall. One day she will be an aesthetic injector, after obtaining her BSN. She is the cheer captain of the Brockport cheerleading team, bringing the team to nationals in Virginia Beach. In her free time you will see her at the gym and hanging out with family and friends!
Hanna Fenton, Front Desk
Hanna graduated from High School in 2023 and has always had a passion for esthetics. In April of 2024 she began going to school to become an Esthetician. She plans to work as an esthetician here at Inclusion shortly after school in 2024. In her free time, you will find her coaching the Aquinas soccer team! Hanna can't wait to see you when you come into the spa!
